Richard J. Delgado, Esq.
Richard graduated from the Florida International University School of Law and was admitted to the Florida bar in 2010. He joined as partner of the Law Office of Delgado & Delgado with Oscar J. Delgado, esq. He gained vast knowledge and experience working alongside Oscar that he continues to use today.
Richard has extensive knowledge in the areas of real estate, estate planning, probate, contracts, business and personal injury. He advises clients considering many factors including the legal implications, practicality, best interests of the client and affordability.
Oscar J. Delgado, Esq.
Oscar graduated from the University of Miami School of Law and was admitted to the Florida bar in 1982. From that point forward, he was a solo practitioner building his knowledge and gaining a reputation and clientele through good legal counsel and kind, personal service. He specialized in real estate, business formation, estate planning and contracts.
He proudly opened the Law Office of Delgado and Delgado with his son, Richard J. Delgado, esq. in 2010 and remained a partner there until he passed away suddenly in 2017. He continues to be missed by clients, friends and family.
